Every one of us has someone special in our lives that is or was battling cancer. It is a devastating disease. While progress is being made in treatment, more progress can (and must) be made. At FASTSIGNS International, we have chosen to help raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). We chose LLS because there is no early detection or advance screening for blood cancers (as there are for so many other cancers) as well as many of the drugs and processes that help treat blood cancers have been then used to battle other cancers. As an example, the chemotherapy port was a LLS development; it is now used in a majority of cancer treatments. ?
